It amazes me how people have so many different sides……

I met a good friend of Hubby’s shortly after we started dating…. I remember being shocked by his age – he has one of those names that automatically makes you think he’s older than he is. I liked this friend right away, he is a good man who gives off good vibes. Obviously I don’t “really” know this fellow – he’s hubby’s friend and my interaction has consisted of simple small talk. As the years went on we got a bit more comfortable with each other and small talk turned into giving each other good natured hard times, but still our “relationship” is basically limited to greetings and goodbyes.

I always knew his wife, but didn’t really start to get to know her until about a year ago when we both joined the same group. I like her too. She’s a good lady who gives off good vibes – makes sense.

We also began doing a few “couple” things with both him and her.
This is where I was shocked…. I asked Hubby his thoughts and he was also shocked.

This couple who have been married a long time are so flippin cute together…..

He is so tender with her and they seem so in love like they just started dating…..

I just never, ever saw that coming – which of course I wouldn’t given my relationship with them both.

It’s strange though… I’m not quite sure what “type” of person you would expect to see the cutesy couple thing from??? I just know these two for sure were not the “type”.

That being said, it is so heart warming to see it….. I like it a lot…… it makes me smile.
